After passionate experience as an IP Manager in the field of Industrial Property, for more than 26 years at SABA & CO. TMP, H&H Consulting Law Firm and Morocco Intellectual Property Services, where I provided a wide range of legal services related to the acquisition, maintenance and enforcement of IP rights on behalf of various Patent and Trademark owners worldwide, I have set up my own IP Law Firm “Cabinet DIANI”.

Starting up CABINET DIANI is the result of a significant experience which I have acquired, after dedicating myself and my knowledge to assist multinational Corporations in their industrial property protection and enforcement as well as strategies for developing and maintaining industrial property portfolios, including patents, trademarks and Industrial Designs / Models.
